Salary - 41,800 - 50,200 per annum



Contract type - Permanent




Working hours - Full Time (37 hours per week)

About the role



As the Building Safety Data Assurance Lead, you will lead and oversee the reporting on all aspects of building safety and health and safety compliance.


Working closely working in partnership with teams across the business to ensure that data capture and reporting process provide sufficient assurance that GreenSquareAccord meets legal and regulatory requirements in relation to building safety and health and safety.


You will lead on the collation, distribution, and control of data across the business to drive continual improvement in the quality of our building and safety information.


You will develop and maintain systems and data streams to provide accurate management information and provide ongoing assurance relating to GreenSquareAccord compliance with regulations and best practice requirements.

About you



You will be experienced in interpreting and analytical skills with the ability to work with figures and statistics, consider options and make informed decisions.


You will also have Health & Safety and Building Safety data experience.


You will have the ability to work collaboratively and experience of implementing, managing, and delivering data management collection systems to ensure that we achieve compliance throughout the business.


Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require evidence of the required certificates and qualifications for this role. Without this evidence, you would be unable to commence employment at GreenSquareAccord.
