So, who are we looking for?

Do you have a strong background in Building Safety and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards, creating secure and welcoming environments for residents.


You'll have experience in a Property Management environment with plenty of exposure to the compliance and asset management function, specifically in the Leasehold sector.


With the ability to pick up a range of internal systems, you'll be proficient in IT, with great attention to detail and excellent communication skills so you can build strong relationships with our clients.

No two days are the same but the below gives you a flavour for some of the tasks you'd typically be involved with. Even if you can't tick everything off from the list below but think you've got what it takes, we'd be keen for you to apply:


Lead the operational management of building safety across the mid-rise portfolio, ensuring statutory compliance and resident safety. Oversee fire, structural, and health & safety risk controls, ensuring actions from assessments are tracked and closed. Maintain the Golden Thread of information for all mid-rise buildings. Liaise with Fire Risk Assessors, engineers, contractors, and the internal compliance team to ensure timely completion of remedial actions. Manage Safety Case documentation, periodic reviews, and building risk registers. Deliver resident engagement programmes, ensuring transparency and effective communication on safety matters. Conduct periodic site inspections and report findings to the Associate Director - Building Safety. Ensure that emergency planning, evacuation strategies, and testing regimes are up to date. Support the delivery of Building Safety Regulator requirements for mid-rise properties. Contribute to training and upskilling of Property Managers on building safety obligations.
