About the role
Effectively deliver a programme of compliance inspections.
Support the Fire Safety Technical Supervisor.
Coordinate the swift completion of any recommendations and actions arising from FRA`s, provide evidence and ensure records / audit trail is updated.
Provide technical advice across the business in relation to all aspects of fire safety relevant to the managed portfolio.
Provide advice and support in relations to Emergency Evacuation Plans and Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans.
Ensure all records and information are in place and up to date on relevant systems. Carry out sample audits of data as required.
Responsible for identifying the technical solutions for fire safety works, and support investment teams in the delivery of major schemes, repair teams and contractors in the delivery of minor works.
Carry out minor works arising from Fire risk assessments and provide / upload supporting evidence.
Undertake Fire Door inspections as part of a rolling programme, and raise relevant works actions for delivery.
Any other tasks which maybe required to support the Fire Safety Technical Supervisor.

About you
NVQ Level 3 - 5 x GCSE`s (A-C or equivalent
Experience in Microsoft Office (word / Excel / Microsoft Teams)
Ability to work effectively as part of a busy team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact effectively and sensitively in person, via telephone and in writing with a range of stake holders, internal and external.
Ability to problem solve, think creatively and identify innovative solutions to challenges.
Experience of carrying out Fire Risk assessments in residential buildings to PAS79 standard.
NEBOSH National certificate in Fire Safety and risk Management
FPA C08 Fire Risk Management in Residential Properties qualified or equivalent.
Member of the Institution of Fire Engineers or an equivalent membership body.
Member of the institution of Fire Safety Managers or an equivalent membership body
