About Us

AGM Group Ltd, established in 2004, is a leading construction, fit-out, maintenance, and M&E services business based in Glasgow. Our Building Services division continues to grow, and we are now looking for a talented and motivated Building Services Engineer / Manager to join our team.

The Role

This is a key role reporting directly to the Managing Director. You will be responsible for overseeing building services projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

Leading projects, managing costs, programmes, and variations Tendering additional works as required Building and maintaining strong client relationships Mentoring and supporting your team Overseeing works across public and private commercial projects.
The role will involve travel to project sites for meetings and progress reviews.

About You

We are looking for an individual who is proactive, driven, and professional -- someone who leads by example and delivers exceptional service to clients.

Ideally, you will bring:

Proven knowledge of building and construction. Experience in M&E systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical, data, and fire systems). Strong time management and leadership skills. Commercial and business management awareness. Excellent communication and IT skills.

Pay: 25,970.84-61,252.32 per year
