Building Services Junior Design Engineer

Due to our company expansion at Fre-Flo Ltd we are seeking a building services design engineer to join our team.

? Salary 30 to / 35K ( Negotiable depending on experience)

? Full time contract

About Fre-Flo Ltd

Established in 1993, Fre-Flo have evolved into a specialist mechanical services contractor business capable of delivering large scale, and complete M & E contracts.

We are based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. Fre-Flo carriers out projects ranging from 1K to 2 million in value.

Most projects are local to ourselves and are in house mechanical design.

About The Role

The role will be based at our Sheffield office, though they will be a need to attend site meetings and surveys.

Most projects are local to Yorkshire and the surrounding regions their fore travel in generally short distance.

Generally, the duties you will be expected to undertake.

The production of mechanical design drawings and schematics using Auto Cad 2d and 3D software.

? Produce and check engineering calculations.

? Managing design projects and assisting the site team

? Producing operation and maintenance manuals and as fitted drawings

? Liaising with clients, architects and other contractors throughout the project at design teams meetings.

? assisting with sub mitting competitive tender packages

About you

We are seeking a focused, talented dynamic and proactive mechanical building services design engineer.

You will have a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering accuracy.

Great attention to detail and the drive to work alone as well as part of the team.

? Experienced in mechanical building services design

? Experienced with plumbing , heating, ventilation, air conditioning and air source heat pump technologies.

? Detailed understanding of specification and drawings

? Familiar with Auto Cad / Revit

? ability to work on own initiative

? Flexible and adaptable
