We are seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to oversee the design, installation, commissioning and handover of mechanical, electrical and public health systems across a diverse portfolio of residential, commercial, industrial, and logistics projects.

What You'll Do




As Building ServicesManager, you will ensure the efficient, safe, and cost-effective delivery of all MEP services including water, gas, electricity, comms, HVAC, ICT, security, life safety and vertical transport systems. You will manage the full lifecycle from pre-construction planning through to on-site delivery and commissioning, working closely with internal teams, consultants, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities



Manage the MEP design and coordination process during preconstruction. Manage the coordination of incoming utility supplies. Oversee and monitor procurement, installation, and commissioning of building services. Undertake technical compliance reviews of contractors design & installation information and provide feedback for incorporation. Ensure compliance with building regulations, health & safety, and sustainability standards Manage subcontractors and resolve technical queries and design issues Maintain MEP programmes, RFIs, drawing registers, and project documentation. Produce project reports and contribute to progress and client meetings Deliver value engineering solutions while maintaining quality and functionality Manage the MEP completion and handover requirements of the project.

Required Experience & Qualifications



10+ years' experience managing MEP packages on large-scale construction projects Proven expertise in residential, commercial, and industrial builds Degree or HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering or related field ECS Manager's Card or CSCS Black Card SMSTS or SSSTS qualification Strong communication, leadership, and commercial skills
