Building Surveyor Expanding Building Consultancy City of London
Location: Central London (City)

Salary: 340,000 360,000 + Bonus + Benefits

The Opportunity
An ambitious and fast-growing Building Consultancy based in Central London is looking to appoint a Building Surveyor as part of their expansion.
With a collaborative team of 25 professionals across two offices and a diverse portfolio of work, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated surveyor to join a forward-thinking firm offering long-term career progression.
Youll deliver a mix of professional and project work across sectors such as:
Residential (refurbishment and new-build)
Commercial fit-out CAT A/B schemes
Healthcare property * Education property
Youll work closely with the in-house Project Management team and benefit from real project ownership from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Building Surveys, Schedules of Condition, Dilapidations and Pre-Acquisition Surveys
Manage refurbishment and fit-out projects (full lifecycle)
Liaise directly with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Support or lead contract administration duties
Assist in growing and shaping the Building Surveying service line
About You
Degree qualified in Building Surveying (RICS-accredited)
Newly Chartered (MRICS) or currently on the APC pathway
Minimum 1 year experience post-graduation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail with a commercial mindset
