Client
Our client is a dynamic leading consultancy delivering in commercial projects across NI.
They have a great opportunity for Building Surveyor(s) to join them on a permanent basis working out of their Belfast office.
Responsibilities and ideal person:
As a building surveyor you will have numerous responsibilities including undertaking a wide variety of building surveying and project management roles in order to support an already successful Department with a broad range of clients.
- Adherence to the technical standard of your level
- Adherence to behavioural competencies of your level
- Adherence to Company Shared Values
- Compliance with Company Policies
- Compliance with health and safety roles detailed within the Occupational Health & Safety Manual
- Attendance at project meetings, staff meetings, other meetings, chairing and directing as required
- IT literacy including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, NBS Specification Manager
- A relevant RICS accredited Building Surveying degree
- Experience in a similar role
