Degree in Building Surveying Ideally MRICS qualified or working towards this Excellent technical ability. Multi-discipline experience. A broad thinker who can take a global view and has an inherent ability to deliver successfully. Ability to manage project risk. Ability to be flexible to meet tight project deadlines. Manage quality standards to ensure high quality output. Understand challenges faced by Education clients Understanding of both technical and legislative requirements along with a good commercial awareness. Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills enabling strong working relationships with clients
