A national firm of Chartered Surveyors and property professionals are keen to add a Building Surveyor to their small team in Leicester.

The Building Surveyors role

The Building Surveyor will be joining a network of one of the largest Building Surveying teams in the UK, working predominantly in the commercial sector and offering expert and knowledgeable advice to clients.

They offer the full suite of Building Surveying services including dilapidations, pre-acquisition surveys, party wall, defect diagnosis, PPM and schedules of condition, as well as project management duties.

This can be an exiting opportunity for an ambitious and driven Building Surveyor, looking to take on more responsibility and support the growth of the Leicester office.

The Building Surveyor

  • MRICS qualified or looking for APC support
  • Hard working, ambitious and driven
  • Well organised and strong communicator
  • 2+ years experience within Building Surveying

  • Salary between \xc2\xa330,000 and \xc2\xa340,000
