Overall Job description:

Site visits required to understand clients needs (general scope of project will be given prior to survey) Produce existing and proposed floor plans For structural related surveys collect joist directions, wall material and thickness of wall Measurements of both GF & FF Take site images Review and interpret drawings
Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Building Surveyor with a degree in Building Surveying/ Civil Engineering or Similar A strong understanding of building regulations and construction methods. Understand CAD drawings Ability to work independently and as part of a team. General understanding load bearing and non load bearing walls Good organisation skills and attention to detail. Own car if possible (clean driving license)

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From 20,000.00 per year
