Qualification - You will have a construction related qualification or equivalent demonstrable work experience with knowledge of effective professional surveying service for major repairs, minor planned works and legal housing disrepair.
Casual Car Documentation - The successful candidate will be a designated Casual Car User which means that car journeys may be necessary on an occasional basis, but are not essential to the role. If you do drive, you must always hold a full valid driving licence and provide your own car for use at work, as well as provide all the appropriate documentation. You will receive an allowance per mile of business use.

As part of the team, working as a surveyor, you will play a vital role in surveying the whole of the Housing Stock against both professional and sector standards ensuring the homes we provide meet our core values as detailed in our Placed called Home Strategy.
If you're successful, you'll join a team of Surveying professionals pushing forward a high standard of healthy, safe, sustainable, and accessible homes across the across the portfolio of 12,500 properties that we manage.
