Person Specification
Possess a relevant degree or professional qualification in Building Surveying or a related field.
Proven experience in building surveying, preferably within a local government or public sector environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide clear, actionable insights.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for surveying and reporting purposes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
Valid UK driving licence and access to a business-insured vehicle for site visits.
