About the Role
We are seeking a driven and commercially minded
Bulk Sales Representative
to join our Bulk Sales team during an exciting period of expansion. This role is heavily focused on
prospecting, outbound sales activity, and new business development
, while also providing direct support to the Bulk Sales Manager as the department prepares for significant growth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive sales professional who enjoys building relationships, opening doors, and playing a key role in scaling a growing fuel business.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, prospect, and develop new bulk fuel customers through outbound calls, site visits, referrals, and networking
Generate and qualify sales leads within assigned territories and target industries
Support the Bulk Sales Manager with pipeline development, account management, and sales initiatives
Assist with pricing requests, quotes, proposals, and contract support
Maintain accurate records of sales activity, leads, and opportunities in the CRM
Build strong relationships with new and existing customers to understand their fuel needs
Monitor market activity, competitor movements, and customer trends
Collaborate with operations, dispatch, and credit teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
Represent the company professionally at customer meetings and industry events
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management (fuel, energy, logistics, construction, agriculture, or related industries preferred)
Strong outbound prospecting and lead-generation skills
Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working toward sales targets
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Ability to work independently while also supporting a broader sales strategy
