Bulker Driver

This full-time role offers 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts starting between 5am-9am. Plus an annual salary between

31,777.20 to 37,577.20

, including the opportunity for overtime hours

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Bulker Driver to join our team. At Eastern Concrete, we pride ourselves on delivering top-quality concrete solutions from our plants in Stowmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Cambridge, Norwich and Leiston.

As an Bulker Driver, you'll be at the heart of our operations, collecting and delivering aggregates from local quarries to our concrete plants.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Hold a Class 1 HGV Licence with Driver Qualification Card and Driver CPC. You will need to be enthusiastic, reliable and customer focussed Excellent time and communication skills are essential Ability to build and retain positive internal and external relationships Knowledge of Suffolk roads would be beneficial Flexible in your approach and willing to learn all aspects of the business to carry out various duties

Main Responsibilities:

Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of aggregates to various locations. Complete daily vehicle checks and keep your truck in top condition. Work in accordance with safe practices and legislation with regards to Driver Hours and the Working Time Directive. Complete required paperwork with good attention to detail. Assist the Distribution Manager as required.
