STACK'D is a brand new Smash Burger palace, based on Portrack Grange Road, Stockton on Tees. We're experienced in giving fantastic customer experiences and food, and this will be one of our new branches. STACK'D is a new brand, aiming to deliver high quality food quickly.

Summary

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef to join our dynamic team in the United Kingdom. As a Chef at STACK'D, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and excellence of food preparation for our partner restaurants, helping us achieve our goal of providing top-tier service & food.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee food preparation processes to ensure high standards of quality. Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate daily operations. Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations. Collaborate with restaurant partners to develop menu items that meet customer expectations. Manage inventory and ensure proper stock levels. Train and mentor kitchen team members to enhance skills and performance. Implement innovative cooking techniques to improve efficiency. Support the company's mission by promoting culinary excellence.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a culinary environment. Strong background in food production and preparation. Excellent team management and leadership skills. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Passion for culinary arts and customer satisfaction.

Experience with smash burgers is a huge bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-14.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
