Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Compliance:
Lead and manage the School Support Team, providing oversight of finance, estates, and operational support functions.
Financial Management:
Oversee budgeting, reporting, and financial planning, ensuring the long-term sustainability of the School.
Governance and Compliance:
Attend Board meetings to provide insight and advice; manage regulatory compliance including critical school policies and the Single Central Register.
External Liaison:
Constructively engage with regulatory bodies (e.g. ISI) to ensure the School remains inspection-ready.
Development and Growth:
Play a key role in driving forward projects that enhance facilities and generate additional income streams to secure the School's future stability.
