Job Description


The Role:

As an active member of the Bursary team you will provide a high quality administrative service for Student Bursaries within an ethos of equality of opportunity

You will provide a high standard, initial point of contact for all bursary services offered by Oldham College, in person, through telecommunications and other technologies, maintaining best practice of customer care at all times and within an ethos of equality of opportunity

At ease dealing with the public and with great attention to detail, you will promote and provide excellent customer service internally and externally in all areas of the role

Providing initial bursary advice and information, you will ensure that queries are resolved as efficiently and satisfactorily as possible.
