Houston's Coaches is a family run business based in Lockerbie with additional sites in Heathhall and Biggar. We are looking to recruit a bus cleaner. Houston's Coaches work hard to provide the very best service to all their passengers.

Interior Bus Cleaning Operative.

Prospective working schedule:

We would be looking for cover for 5 days over 7 and will include weekend working on a rota basis.

Example of shifts, dependant on depot location:

During the week-: 05:00am to Midday,

15:30 to Midnight,

17:00pm to 21:00

Weekends-:

Sat 15.30 to Midnight

Sun 12:00 to Midnight

Duties:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping.
- Remove and dispose of waste from vehicle.
- Clean windows, seats and surfaces.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to management.

Requirements:

- Previous experience would be desirable.
- Attention to detail and ability to work as a team and independently.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks.
- Good communication skills to interact with coworkers effectively.

-Must hold UK driving licence (aged 25+ for insurance purposes).

-Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom.
