: Starting at 15.00 per hour (this will go up to 16.00 per hour if the 3 month probation period is passed) + Overtime Opportunities

Shift Length

: 10 and 9 hour shifts available

Available Shift Patterns:

Weekend only shifts

3 day shifts - including 1 weekend a month

4 day shifts - including 2 weekends per month

Full time 5 day shifts - including 2 weekends per month

Key Responsibilities:

Drive

17-seater minibuses

on simple routes between

Wethersfield

and

Braintree

,

Colchester

, or

Chelmsford

. Complete

3 to 4 trips per day

with

one pickup and one drop-off

for each route.

No dealing with the public

or fare-paying passengers--just drive safely and efficiently.

Guaranteed pay

: You'll be paid for the full shift regardless of the number of trips during your shift. All vehicles are

fully tracked

for safety and efficiency.

What We Need From You:

A

full UK license

with

Category D or D1 entitlement

to drive minibuses for hire and reward.

Manual vehicle driving experience

(must be able to drive manual vehicles). A

clean driving record

with no more than

3 penalty points

.

Over 25 years old

(for insurance purposes).

Reliability and professionalism

in representing the company.
