Torbay Minibuses / Torbay Buses is a family run company based in Paignton that has been operating since 2005. We operate school contracts and local bus routes across Torbay, as well as private hire in the local area and further afield.

We are currently recruiting for qualified PCV bus drivers. We are offering a very competitive salary of 14.70 per hour to join our team. The available roles are full-time, based on an average 40-hour working week.

These full-time vacancies will see drivers undertaking local service routes as well as school contracts. There may also be opportunities for drivers to undertake our Private Hire work in Torbay and further afield. Generally, most of our work is between the hours of 07:00 - 20:00, except for limited private hire work which may fall outside of the core hours. Our drivers work an average of 40 hours per week. We offer a 10% anti-social shift premium for work between 20:00hrs and 06:00hrs.

Experience:

- Minimum of 2-years driving experience.

Requirements:

- A valid PCV (D Category) driving licence (with no more than 6 points on your driving licence).
- Valid and up to date CPC qualification.
- The flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings and weekends.
- Requirement to pass an enhanced DBS check (formerly called a CRB), which we will process for you.
