Bus Driver - Luton
Newstaff Employment is recruiting for a Bus Driver in Luton on behalf of a well-established transport operator. This is an excellent opportunity for professional and customer-focused individuals who take pride in their appearance and are passionate about delivering safe and reliable transport services.

? Salary: 16.00 per hour + accrued holiday pay
? Working Hours: Earlies, Middles, and Lates (full shift coverage required)
? Job Type: Temp to Perm (6 on / 3 off pattern) or Zero-Hour Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operating PCV buses on scheduled routes
• Delivering excellent customer service to all passengers
• Maintaining a professional and well-presented appearance in line with company standards
• Following company procedures and all legal requirements when driving
• Completing a Highway Code Q&A and driving assessment successfully

Essential Skills & Experience

• Valid PCV (Category D) licence
• CPC qualification (up to date)
• Smart, professional, and customer-focused approach
• Flexibility to cover early, middle, and late shifts
• Ability to adhere to uniform standards: white shirt, navy tie, navy trousers, and black shoes (uniform allocation provided)
