Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Account Executive with an existing B2B customer base to support and grow our ITAD and electronic device sourcing operations.

This role is designed for someone who values long-term relationships, compliance, and stability over short-term sales incentives. There is no commission structure; success is measured through account quality, repeat supply, and operational alignment.

ITAD experience is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and develop an existing portfolio of business customers. Source mobile phones, tablets, and IT equipment through ethical and compliant ITAD channels such as corporate businesses that need forensic data wiping and disposal routes Build trusted, long-term relationships with organisations disposing of electronic assets. Coordinate with internal operations to ensure smooth collections and processing. Ensure all activity aligns with data protection and compliance standards. Maintain accurate CRM records and customer documentation. Identify future opportunities within existing accounts (refresh cycles, repeat disposals). Represent the company professionally and responsibly at all times.
What We're Looking For

Proven B2B account management or ITAD experience. Existing customer relationships that can transfer into the role. Strong understanding of device lifecycles and data security (or willingness to learn). Process-driven, reliable, and detail-focused. Comfortable working without commission-based incentives. Team-oriented with a professional, steady approach.
