What You'll Be Doing:
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you will:
CRM System Management - Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry to support business development activities.
Administrative Pack Preparation - Assist in the creation and organisation of administrative packs for apprenticeship and commercial training programmes, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
Employer Liaison - Communicate professionally with employers to support apprenticeship and commercial training processes, including service coordination and follow-ups.
Lead Generation Support - Contribute to lead generation activities by identifying and recording potential employer contacts, helping to expand the organisation's network and opportunities.
Document Coordination - Manage the collection and tracking of documentation from candidates and employers, supporting a smooth and efficient onboarding process.

We seek candidates who:
Have at least 3 GCSEs, including Grade 4 or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
Can commit to undertake any mandatory training relevant to the role.
