The role
As our
Business Admin / Receptionist
, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, customers and suppliers. You will support multiple internal teams including purchasing, HR, finance, sales and operations, and help maintain a well-presented and coordinated office environment.
This role combines reception duties with broader administrative support, requiring someone who is confident, approachable and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
What you'll be doing
You will welcome visitors, coordinate reception activities and ensure meeting rooms and front-of-house areas are organised and presentable. As a

, you will support internal departments with document management, data entry, correspondence, filing, record keeping and the preparation of letters or reports.
You will also help handle incoming calls, manage post and parcels, liaise with suppliers and contractors, maintain office supplies and support day-to-day processes linked to purchasing, HR onboarding, finance administration and operational updates.
