We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales and Business Administration Apprentice to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will assist in various clerical and administrative tasks, contributing to the smooth operation of our business.

Duties



Provide support in daily office operations, ensuring an organised and efficient work environment. Assist with data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and databases. Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Utilise Google Suite and other office software to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. Support the finance team with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks. Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents as required. Collaborate with team members on various projects, contributing ideas and solutions. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications



Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Proficient in using computerised systems and software, including Google Suite and QuickBooks (desirable). Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal. Previous experience in an administrative or clerical role is advantageous but not essential. A keen eye for detail and accuracy in data entry tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude towards learning and personal development is essential.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 14,000.00-18,000.00 per year
