Title: Business Administration Apprentice - Delivery (North West)
Contract: Fixed Term Contract - 2 years, full-Time, 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday - 09:00 - 17:00
Salary: 22,283 per annum
Reporting Office: Trafford, Greater Manchester
Persona: Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)

Overview of the role:
We are looking for an ambitious, self-motivated apprentice to join our busy, challenging and supportive Delivery team to train as an administrative lead, ultimately responsible for managing the data and systems used by the team. This requires an efficient, proactive and organised individual who can multitask and work with both internal and external partners.
Areas of responsibility will include, but are not exclusive to, processing supplier invoices, taking and distributing meeting minutes, ordering PPE and coordinating director visits where required. Monitoring and updating our compliance trackers to ensure all handover certification is up to date and keeping our housing management system updated with new properties as and when they handover.
You will be engaged in a challenging role from day one and be accountable for your area of responsibility whilst being supported by a Project Manager who will provide mentorship support and a Senior Development Manager to guide and develop skills where required.
