Job Title: Business Administration Apprentice (Level 3)

Following the in-role progression of our previous apprentice, we now have a vacancy for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our team.

As a growing business and a leader in the online expense management market, we are looking for a Business Administration apprentice to join our Business Support team. We are working with Abingdon and Witney College to deliver the training for this position and to be considered, you must be able to fulfil the apprenticeship criteria.
The role
In this varied role you will gain practical experience across a range of topics, from the day to day running of the office, through to event planning. You will ensure that all administrative duties in the office are always delivered to a high standard and that sensitive data is managed confidentially.
What to expect
Delivery model:
Work-based training with us.
Day release during term time (approximately 1 day a week for 10 weeks).
Approximately 12 on-site/online assessment visits per year.
You will be assigned a lecturer and a training coordinator at the college to support you throughout the duration of the apprenticeship, as well as on the job support and guidance.
Qualifications included:
Level 2 Functional Skills in English or Maths (if required).
Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship.
End Point Assessment: Work based project/improvement presentation.
Portfolio based interview.
Knowledge test.
Entry criteria
Applicants are likely to have 4 GCSEs A - C / 9 - 4 and are required to have at least one A- C / 9 - 4 inGCSE English or Maths, or equivalent. Applicants will need to demonstrate the ability to achieve all elements of the apprenticeship during their programme, including working in a suitable job role.
Attendance at an Apprenticeship Assessment and Information session hosted by Abingdon and Witney College.
Please note that if you are already degree qualified you will not be eligible to complete the apprenticeship.
What next?
The expected duration between starting the apprenticeship and the end point assessment is 15 - 18 months. (15 months practical training period, plus 3 months for End Point Assessment.)
Successful candidates joining us this autumn, will commence college in January 2026.
Starting an apprenticeship is a commitment, to work, attending college and completing coursework. Therefore you must be clear that this is the right route for you before applying.
It is our aim, that after completing and passing the apprenticeship, to offer the successful post holder a permanent role.
In return we offer:
19,000 per annum.

This is an office based role and you must therefore be able to travel to our Witney (OX28) office and be able to travel to attend college. (Please note that college could either be at the Abingdon or Witney campus.)
