NextStep Training is recruiting on behalf of Media Company based not far from Basildon!
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to gain valuable industry experience while completing a
Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship
.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting with general office administration tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
Communicating regularly with clients, suppliers, and colleagues to support daily operations.
Handling emails, phone calls, and scheduling appointments.
Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Managing office supplies and maintaining a well organised workspace.
Assisting with invoice processing, purchase orders, and record keeping.
Supporting the team with various administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Interest in business administration and a willingness to learn.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under supervision.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Must be able to commit to the apprenticeship salary and duration.
