We are seeking a highly organised and proactive apprentice to support with a variation of administrative tasks and customer service based duties. This role is essential in ensuring smooth office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong computer skills, confident communication skills , and a keen eye for detail, contributing to the overall efficiency of our business.
Duties
Provide comprehensive administrative support to team members, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks.
Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, presentations, and spreadsheets.
Organise files and maintain an efficient filing system to ensure easy access to information.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
Perform additional duties as required to support the team's objectives.
Skills
Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications.
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
