Key Responsibilities
Interact with a broad spectrum of customers, from individuals to large corporations and resellers -- both locally in the UK and internationally
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by handling enquiries via phone and email, and welcoming visitors to the office
Assist with sales support by conducting customer profiling, creating PowerPoint presentations, and delivering product demonstrations (note: this is not a sales-target-driven role)
Manage and follow up with customers by preparing quotations based on product knowledge and customer requirements, and ensuring timely follow-ups after meetings
Provide administrative support by entering customer enquiries and orders into the ERP system, maintaining records and task scheduling (e.g. quote follow-ups)
Support project coordination by liaising with customers and subcontractors to ensure smooth product and service delivery
Follow established business processes and actively contribute ideas for improvement and operational efficiency
Assist in marketing activities, including website content updates, Google advertising, and social media campaigns
Working Hours
Full-time - 37.5 hours/week (Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm)
Salary
21,600 - 25,200 per annum(Equivalent to 1,800 - 2,100 per month)

Preferred Skills:
Tech-savvy and comfortable picking up technical knowledge
Strong written and spoken English
Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Great attention to detail and accuracy
Team player with a logical, problem-solving approach
Professional communication and excellent phone manner
Experience or knowledge in IT is advantageous
Proficiency in modern foreign languages (e.g. French, Spanish) is a plus

Education & Qualifications:
5 GCSEs or equivalent, including Maths and English
