Job Overview



We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our

HR function and office operations by providing comprehensive administrative

support. This position requires proficiency in various administrative tasks, including

HR recruitment, clerical duties, and effective communication with both internal and

external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

? Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment processes including advertising,

shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new staff.

? Coordinate probation review periods and liaise with managers accordingly.

? Assist with employee relations processes including disciplinary, grievance,

appraisals and absence matters.

? Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the

office, fostering a collaborative work environment.

? Assist with maintaining efficient filing systems (electronic and paper-based) in

accordance with data protection requirements.

? Ensure office supplies and office equipment are maintained and ordered as

required.

? Supporting/progressing enquiries - ensuring that all enquiries are being

responded with professionalism and courtesy.

Requirements

? 5 years proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is

preferred.

? HR knowledge and experience essential.

? Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively, with

the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

? Discreet and comfortable handling confidential information.

? Confident IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel and Word.

? Competence in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for document

management and collaboration.

? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal

skills for effective communication.

? Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced

As the Business Administrator, you will be responsible for providing a key role in

supporting the day-to-day operations of our HR function and ensuring the smooth

operations of our office by managing various administrative tasks. You will work

closely with the Company Directors, Operations Manager and Area Manager.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following

:

? Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment processes including advertising,

shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new staff.

? Coordinate probation review periods and liaise with managers accordingly.

? Assist with employee relations processes including disciplinary, grievance,

appraisals and absence matters.

? Provide general administrative support to the Operations Manager and Area

Manager such as emails, reports, and managing correspondence, fostering a

collaborative work environment.

? Assist with maintaining efficient filing systems (electronic and paper-based) in

accordance with data protection requirements.

? Ensure office supplies and office equipment are maintained and ordered as

required.

? Supporting/progressing enquiries - ensuring that all enquiries are being

responded with professionalism and courtesy.

? Assist with maintaining cleaning schedules and liaising with customers from

our Environmental Services business sector.

? Contacting existing and new catering/event customers to share the latest

menu updates and offers

? Communicating with customers after a catering event/sale to ensure a five-

star service

? Resolving customer complaints and concerns

? Social media updates

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.95 per hour

Expected hours: 12 per week
