Job Description

Duties will include:

  • Processing Donations
  • Updating supporter records on the CRM system
  • Sending Supporter's a thank you
  • Answering phone calls and responding to supporter queries
  • Replying to supporter emails
  • Preparing cash for collections
  • Weekly banking
  • Counting Collection Boxes
  • Updating supporter Gift Aid information
  • Admin support with projects
  • Support at fundraising events
  • Attending weekly team catch ups
  • Administering Supporter Care email
  • Support with stock takes

Future prospects

To be reviewed towards the end of the apprenticeship dependent on the financial position of the Hospice. If possible, we would like to offer continuation of training or there will be a part time supporter care vacancy.

Things to consider

If the successful candidate can work 8am - 4pm if 9am - 5pm is not suitable. Own transport is desirable as we have a number of different hospice sites.
