We are looking for a motivated and organised
Business Administration Apprentice
to support our small, dynamic team with day-to-day operations and client relations.
Role Overview:
This role is ideal for someone who is eager to gain hands-on experience in business administration within the beauty and wellness education sector. You will assist with maintaining and updating records, reaching out to past and current students and salon partners, coordinating schedules, and supporting the delivery of our training programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Maintain and update internal databases and CRM systems (e.g., student records, partner salons, training contacts)
Assist with managing email inboxes, calendars, and document templates
Prepare training materials, certificates, and course documentation as needed
Client Communication
Contact previous and current students and salon partners to:
Confirm course details or attendance
Share follow-up information or feedback surveys
Update records and keep contact details current
Provide friendly and professional responses to basic inquiries via phone or email
Operational Tasks
Support the coordination of training sessions (venue bookings, attendee lists, equipment checklists)
Help with invoicing, bookings, and payment tracking
File, scan, and organise digital or paper records in line with data protection standards
What You'll Learn:
Core business administration skills (scheduling, communication, recordkeeping)
How to manage customer relationships in a professional training environment
Practical use of tools like Excel, Google Workspace, or CRM platforms
Insight into operations within a niche education and wellness business
Requirements:
Keen interest in business, admin, or operations
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, file management)
Reliable, organised, and willing to learn
Respectful, calm, and professional approach to working with clients
Preferred (but not essential):
Previous customer service or admin experience
Interest in beauty, wellness.
