We are looking for a diligent Business Administrator to join us on a
fixed-term basis of up to 12 months.
The Business Administrator will play a key part in helping us deliver consistent, engaging, and professional marketing activity across Endurance Doors and the wider Rocal Group.
It's a varied position that would suit someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, whether that's supporting campaigns, fulfilling sample and brochure requests, or reporting on how we're performing. You'll work closely with our Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing teams to make sure our message reaches the right people at the right time and reflects the standards of our brands.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support & Coordination:
Help plan and deliver our day-to-day marketing activity, including samples, promotions, and product launches.
Keep track of project timelines and ensure materials, deadlines, and approvals are managed properly.
Support showroom marketing, trade literature updates, and digital campaign delivery.
Ensure the latest material and marketing resources are available for our installer partners.
Reporting & Data Support:
Use data from CRM and other systems to serve our customers.
Share simple insights back to the team to help guide future activity.
Installer & Partner Engagement:
Support communication and engagement with our installer partners and trade customers.
Assist with events, trade shows, and customer experience initiatives.
General Administration:
Raise purchase orders and track budgets against marketing spend.
Manage diaries, action logs, and meeting notes for the wider team.
Support with day-to-day admin and coordination across departments.
What You Bring
A love of organisation and keeping things running smoothly
Confidence working with a mix of systems and data, with a strong eye for detail
The ability to manage your own workload and support several ongoing projects at once
Previous experience in a marketing or admin-based role
A good grasp of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and general business systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
An interest in marketing and customer experience
Confidence handling basic data, pulling reports, and interpreting insights
Experience in marketing support, project administration, or customer experience is not essential, but a bonus. If this is experience is within a manufacturing or trade environment, even better!
Salary, Hours, and Benefits
25,396 per annum
Fixed term contract for up to 12 months
40 hours per week, worked Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
