Job Description

We are seeking a Business Administrator to join our team in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a passion for administration, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role will be principally supporting the Urban Design Team within the office, assisting in project administration and providing secretarial support to the wider Pegasus team ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise:



Microsoft office suite (Intermediate level)

Excellent attention to detail

Good communicational and organisational skills

Ability to work as part of a team and well as on your own.

Positive can-do attitude.

Experience of invoicing and billing is advantageous

Assisting with travel and booking meetings

Experience of maintaining and managing diaries

Submission of planning applications/appeals via the Planning Portal/PINS would be advantageous

Assisting the Office Manager with Ad Hoc projects and administration
