Role Overview:




We are looking for a motivated and organised Business Administrator to provide business administration and personal assistant support to the Group IT leadership team, Group M&A Director and the Group Finance Strategy & Development Director. This will include handling sensitive information, diary management, coordination and booking travel as well as supporting with presentations, quarterly reports and other initiatives. In addition, this role will also champion communications across a variety of channels for Group IT.


Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on...




Communications




Lead on the creation of Group IT communications for multi-channel purposes including digital, social media, blogs and physical meetings Collaborate on developing a multi-channel communications strategy for Group IT, ensuring alignment to our inclusion commitments

Business Administration




General administration - expenses, invoices, travel etc. Responsibility of diary management where required - arranging meetings to maximise time utilisation Travel arrangements for leadership team members Pro-active member of Group IT leadership meetings, organising and coordinating regular meetings, supporting with minutes and actions Support with the preparation of quarterly reports - using Word, PowerPoint and Excel Schedule and manage key meetings including booking of venues, organising and coordinating travel arrangements and ensuring attendees have all the correct information on time

Your previous experience is likely to include....




Experience of working in a corporate environment within a global business Experience of working with business leaders in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Experience of working in a PA / Administrative role with demonstrable experience of diary management, processing travel & expenses claims, presentation creation, report writing, conference organising and activity coordination Demonstrable experience of the Microsoft suite, including OneNote, Outlook and Teams, as well as other systems that support expenses and travel booking Experience in organising travel activities and itineraries Experience in communicating via digital platforms including social media and blogs Working with highly sensitive and confidential information Experience in Unily is desirable
