Happy Futures Support Specialists are looking to recruit a Recruitment Administrator Apprentice due to our expansion plans. This is an excellent opportunity for driven individuals to join a successful business with high aspirations.



This role supports our operational teams, offering a great introduction to the world of recruitment. This is a candidate-focused position where you will learn how to build relationships both internally with Management teams and externally with candidates. This role is a career path in its own right or can develop into other areas of HR should you wish to progress your career within Happy Futures.

This is a full-time position which is entry level and can progress quickly for the right person. Based within the head office in Eastfield, Scarborough, this role benefits from a structured training programme - both in-house and external - along with daily on the desk learning from your team, Managers and Directors. As a Recruitment Apprentice your duties will include:



Screening candidates to assess suitability Schedule interviews in conjunction with other departments Assisting on interviewing candidates Support with pre-employment checks Deal with onboarding tasks including new starter paperwork, progressing candidates through to induction. Database management Assisting with compliance administration

As a Recruitment Apprentice you will be:



Good communicator Hardworking Able to work autonomously with a strong work ethic and a positive mental attitude Meticulously organised and driven to get the job done Strong Attention to detail Quick to learn new skills and develop in time Team player Able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience

We have clear career path in place and we will be taking someone on with the full intention of them going permanent and becoming a valuable member of the team. Long term career prospects are therefore in the hands of the successful candidate when in post.

Qualifications Required:



GCSE's/Qualifications achieved - 4 or above in Maths and English
Pay: 15,704 per year
