Business Administrator with Marketing Responsibilities

to join our team. This varied role combines business administration, office support, customer quoting, and marketing duties -- an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys multi-tasking and contributing to both operational and promotional areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities



Administration & Office Support



Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business. Manage correspondence, emails, and telephone enquiries in a professional manner. Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems. Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing diaries. Support HR and finance processes including, invoices, and purchase orders. Prepare and issue quotes for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.

Marketing & Communications



Assist in planning, creating, and delivering marketing campaigns. Manage company social media accounts, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging. Update and maintain the company website with news, case studies, and services. Design and distribute newsletters, brochures, and promotional materials. Monitor marketing performance metrics and prepare basic reports. Support events, exhibitions, and client engagement activities.

Skills & Experience



Previous experience in an administrative role (essential). Experience or keen interest in marketing and communications (desirable). Experience in preparing quotes or customer proposals (preferred). Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Competent in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Familiarity with social media management tools and website CMS (preferred but not essential). Creative eye for detail in producing marketing materials.

What We Offer
