Purpose of the role
We are looking for a dynamic agent to join our Dental Brokerage team, based in our Leeds office. The role involves direct responsibility for sourcing and transacting dental businesses, covering the Leeds, Yorkshire and North of England regions. Tasks include generating leads to sell, processing instructions, and managing deals to completion. The agent will identify, contact, and qualify buyers, and will be client-facing, serving as the first point of contact in any sale and dealing with buyers and applicants across the region.
About the team
We expanded into Dental practice sales in 2013 and are now the leading agent in this highly specialist field. The dental team have had huge success in growing organically with several promotions and bring a vast amount of experience across agency and valuation services for our clients which range from single-handed dentists to the leading corporate operators, across all forms of Dentistry including NHS, private and orthodontics.
Duties and Responsibilities
Focus on growing our brokerage activity in the dental market across the Leeds, Yorkshire and North of England regions.
Generate relationships and develop new business, winning agency mandates across these markets,
through various prospecting methods.
Register and maintain client requirements on our Salesforce CRM system.
Liaise closely with sector team colleagues in securing, listing, marketing and managing opportunities
for sale.
Negotiate and agree deals, and manage the sales process.
Provide regular client updates on instruction activity.
Person Specification
Skills and Experience
Background in real estate with experience in property sales.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organised and self-motivated.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office - especially Excel and PowerPoint.
UK Driver's licence and confident with driving long distances.
