Location: Cambridge, UK (remote-friendly within the UK) with occasional travel to the office once per quarter.

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support key projects, working closely with the Delivery Lead. The ideal candidate is proactive, autonomous, and comfortable owning deliverables in a fast-paced environment.


This is a 3 month contract with the possibility of extension.

What you'll be doing:

Support on the implementation of a Customer Data Platform (CDP), a central initiative to enhance our marketing and customer journey capabilities Define and document the data structure needed to support CDP workflows Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to drive project progress Conduct vendor evaluations, build scorecards and support the team through the RFP process Work with CRM and data teams to ensure business requirements are clearly captured and translated Own typical BA responsibilities such as requirements gathering, documentation, and supporting delivery teams

What we're looking for:

Proven experience in data-driven projects, CRMs, and CDPs Experience managing third-party vendors and supporting RFP processes Track record of working autonomously and making strategic contributions Experience managing third-party vendors and supporting RFP processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across business and technical teams
