Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to

gather, document, and analyse business requirements

. Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories for development teams. Support project delivery from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings to understand processes and pain points. Map current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") business processes to identify improvement opportunities. Conduct

data analysis

to support decision-making and provide actionable insights. Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful solution design and delivery. Assist in testing, change management, and post-implementation review activities. Maintain clear and consistent documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience

0-12 years of experience as a

Business Analyst

, or in a related analytical or project support role. Strong understanding of

business processes, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interpret and translate business needs into technical requirements. Solid organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Proficiency with tools

such as Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and requirements/documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Miro).

Must have eligibility to work in the UK

(Valid work visa).

Pay: 30,000.00-85,000.00 per year
