Role: Business Analyst (Banking, Payments, Mortgage) with Six Sigma process

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Business Analyst to drive process improvement, analyse business requirements, and deliver effective change initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for mapping current business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement, and ensuring successful implementation of "to be" processes through comprehensive business analysis practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis & Design:
Map and document the "as is" business processes.
Identify and define Lean Six Sigma process improvements.
Develop and assess performance metrics for the "to be" process.
Evaluate risks in the "to be" process and propose effective mitigation strategies.
Recommend organisational structure changes to support the "to be" model.
Analyse improvements and impacts on the customer journey.
Document detailed business requirements for system or process changes.
Business Evaluation:
Conduct options analysis to evaluate viable solutions and recommend optimal paths forward.
Perform business impact assessments to understand potential effects of proposed changes.
Documentation & Deliverables:
Own the creation and delivery of key business analysis artifacts including:
BA approach and plan
Business Design Document (BDD)
Requirements Catalogue
Stakeholder Engagement:
Work closely with stakeholders, including product owners, developers, testers, and operations teams to gather and validate requirements.
Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in business analysis, preferably in Agile and/or Waterfall environments.
Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience in performing risk assessments, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Desirable Qualifications:
Certified Business Analysis Professional or equivalent.
Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification.
Experience in digital transformation and change management.

Pay: Up to 250.00 per day
