As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct data analysis, and provide insights to drive informed business decisions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements
- Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain documentation such as business requirements, use cases, and process flows
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions
- Design and implement database structures to support data storage and retrieval
- Utilize tools such as VBA, Power BI, SQL, and Python to automate processes and generate reports
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of implemented solutions
- Provide ongoing support and training to end-users on new systems or processes

```Experience:```
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and best practices
- Proficiency in database design and management
- Experience with VBA, Power BI, SQL, Python, or other relevant programming languages
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in project management is a plus
