We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Analyse and document business requirements to identify opportunities for process optimisation and system enhancements. Develop and maintain dashboards and visualisations using tools such as Tableau and Power BI to support decision-making processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in accordance with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Design, develop, and optimise databases using Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, and other relevant platforms. Write and maintain scripts in R, Python, VBA, Bash (Unix shell), or similar languages to automate data processing tasks. Support project management activities by tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met on schedule. Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions. Create detailed process diagrams and documentation using Visio or similar tools to facilitate understanding across teams. Assist in database design projects to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval aligned with organisational needs.

Skills

Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Strong knowledge of project management principles and SDLC methodologies. Experience with database management systems including Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server. Skilled in programming languages such as R, Python, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell). Demonstrated expertise in business analysis techniques and requirements gathering. Solid understanding of database design principles and data modelling practices. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets accurately. Familiarity with Visio for process mapping and documentation purposes. Effective communication skills to liaise with technical teams and business stakeholders seamlessly.
