The Job Mission


This is a hybrid role, and we welcome applicants who live within a commutable distance to Bridgwater. For those relocating, we offer a relocation support package to ease the transition.

You will lead change initiatives that align with strategic goals and digital transformation.

You will collaborate across teams to embed change into project delivery and business processes.

You will champion user-centric design and continuous improvement across change programmes.

Key Responsibilities:



Apply structured change methodologies to drive adoption and embed new ways of working Align change initiatives with business strategy and IT architecture for long-term value Lead impact assessments and develop tailored change strategies to minimise resistance Design integrated change and delivery plans using Agile or Waterfall methodologies Collaborate with architects, PMs, and delivery teams to embed change into project plans Manage a portfolio of change initiatives across multiple integrated business processes Facilitate workshops and focus groups to gather insights and co-create adoption strategies Champion inclusive design, training, and feedback loops to support high engagement Develop capability-building plans to empower teams and ensure sustainability of change Apply Six Sigma principles to improve processes and reduce inefficiencies

Qualifications



Essential Skills

Minimum 5 years' experience in business change across large-scale digital projects Expertise in Kotter, ADKAR, Prosci, and Six Sigma frameworks Strong alignment of change initiatives with business strategy and IT architecture Excellent stakeholder engagement across varied disciplines and levels Collaborative approach with project, architecture, and delivery teams Effective workload management and adaptability to changing priorities Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio Degree-level education or equivalent in a relevant subject

Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, Six Sigma, Lean) Experience in user-centric design and accessibility strategies Familiarity with benefits realisation and performance tracking frameworks Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies Experience in regulated industries with complex infrastructure projects
