Job Description

An innovative property development company is seeking to expand its technology function and an important hire for the team is a capable Business Analyst, to join them on a permanent basis.


This individual will join the business at a transformative time to support the delivery of systems and data projects across the company's technology roadmap with a focus on property management technologies such as IWMS/ CAFM/ PMS.


The roadmap entails six digital programmes including: Infrastructure & Comms, Operational Systems, Data, Commercial, Service Management, and Customer Experience.


The ideal candidate will be a Business Analyst with experience and proficiency in process modelling (BPMN), user stories, and data analysis (Power BI) ideally within the PropTech/ property management/ property development industry. Power Automate knowledge would be a plus.



Additionally, the main responsibilities involve:


Requirements elicitation: workshops, interviews, user stories, acceptance criteria. Process analysis and mapping (BPMN), capability modelling and gap analysis. Work with third party vendors and stakeholders to provide solution design input and configuration guidance for operations systems. During project implementation, support quality assurance and user acceptance testing and defect triage.
Work with suppliers, Estates and Facilities, Property Development, Finance, HR and Communications to align designs to capability requirements.
