As a Business Analyst at Daintta, you will build core business analysis capabilities by contributing to research, process mapping, and the development of client-facing deliverables. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to understand business needs, analyse data, and support the design of practical solutions. With structured learning and hands-on project experience, you'll develop a strong foundation in consulting methodologies and analytical thinking.


Key Responsibilities




Support stakeholder engagement activities by helping to prepare for and document interviews, meetings, and workshops with clients and internal teams.

Assist in gathering and analysing business requirements, mapping current processes, and identifying areas for improvement.

Contribute to the development of business cases, options appraisals, and target operating models under the guidance of senior team members.

Help track project progress and delivery milestones, supporting the implementation of improvement initiatives.

Create high-quality documentation and presentations, including reports, slide decks, and analysis summaries, to support client deliverables.

Participate in internal initiatives such as proposal writing, research, and knowledge sharing to support business development efforts.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across projects, learning from experienced consultants and contributing to team success.

Take part in structured learning and development activities to build consulting and analytical skills.

Build positive working relationships with colleagues and clients, demonstrating professionalism, curiosity, and a willingness to learn.

Skills/Knowledge




Required Skills/Knowledge




Degree Educated or equivalent. Communication: Clear verbal and written communication, especially when translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to shared goals. Problem-Solving: Analytical thinking and a structured approach to breaking down complex challenges. Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools, frameworks, and methodologies quickly. Initiative: Proactive attitude, with the confidence to ask questions and take ownership of tasks. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments. Attention to Detail: Careful and thorough approach to analysis, documentation, and delivery. Client Focus: Professionalism and empathy when engaging with stakeholders and understanding their needs.

Location?
