NanoIT Solutions is a UK-based IT consulting firm providing high-impact digital transformation services to clients across sectors like Education, government services, healthcare, retail, and logistics.

An exciting opportunity for a passionate individual, as a Business Analyst Consultant you will be a key part of the team and expected to take the initiative in ensuring the business needs of our client are fully understood.

Engage with clients to understand business goals, pain points, and technical environments Elicit, document, and validate business, functional, and non-functional requirements Translate client requirements into clear user stories or BRDs (Business Requirement Documents) Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment Assist in solution design, data mapping, and documentation of current and future state processes Conduct workshops, stakeholder interviews, and user acceptance testing (UAT) Support project delivery by tracking milestones, risks, and changes to scope Ensure traceability of requirements through the lifecycle of the project

Skills required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation capabilities Understanding of SDLC, Agile delivery, and product ownership principles Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements Documentation : Confluence, Jira, MS Office, Lucidchart Databases/BI: SQL, Power BI (basic exposure preferred) Project Management: Jira, Trello, Asana, MS Project Delivery Frameworks: Agile (Scrum, Kanban), Waterfal Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred) 2-4 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT consulting or enterprise environment Bonus: Exposure to ERP, CRM, or SaaS platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)

Pay: 52,000.00-57,000.00 per year
