Business Analyst – Consumer Duty
Job Description
Specialist, private client, retail financial services organisation with a far-reaching business improvement agenda, require an experienced Business Analyst to join a small team focused on a business intelligence project. Given the regulatory drive to ensure financial services firms assess whether they are delivering good outcomes for their customers and put their customers' needs first, the project will lead on the identification, presentation and production of key analytics. This is a wide-ranging project, interfacing with different business functions and numerous stakeholders. A skilled and versatile business analyst, you will be able to evidence a successful track record of delivering business and technology change. Prior experience of having captured both business and regulatory data definitions and requirements would be ideal. Expert at eliciting information from all manner of senior stakeholders and operations personnel, you must also be able to perform without close management and be happy with ambiguity. The ability to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels is also core to the role. The contract will be for initially 3 months, is predominantly home based and pay c550 per day (outside IR35).
